People in all parts of the world likes music. Music helps soothe the environment and it also make people relax and enjoy in their favorite tunes. despite of all these music., there is one rising genre in music called "KPOP" or the Korean pop culture.
KPOP as mentioned originated of course from Korea. KPOP is now spreading not all over Asia, but also reached America. Top Korean KPOP artist like Rain, BOA, and wonder girls have gained their popularity in Hollywood. Now, many Korean artist following their steps like the 13-member boy band Super Junior, the Girl group, girls generation and many more artist. These artist were not only famous in Korea, but now spreading to Thailand, China, Japan, Taiwan and other neighboring countries.
KPOP affects large scales of people through their music. People appreciates the melodies and tunes and even the lyrics. Here in the Philippines, KPOP is widely spreading. Even in provinces here knows the song "NOBODY" which was sung by Wondergirls and the other is "FIRE" by 2ne1. Both adults and kids enjoy dancing with the catchy beat of both songs. these songs are used in some parties and gatherings and played in almost all radio stations in the Philippines.
I personally is a KPOP lover. i enjoy the music and the band. My favorite band was Super Junior and I always love to listen to their songs. Some fans like me, wants not only to listen to their songs, but also to buy their CD straight from Korea, even if it costs lot of money to buy one. Posters are even sold out not only in Korea but also in other countries. I realized, nowadays, I'm like listening to a Korean radio station because, not only NOBODY and FIRE are the songs aired, but now, almost in all play lists and song line ups, it may be 5-10 Korean songs in one day. but maybe as time passes, KPOP songs and KPOP culture really invades not only the minds and the countries, but also the Hearts of Many people.
