The Modern-Day Prince

I never expected that Princes still exist,

A Handsome silent-type guy that Girls couldn't resist.

I never had seen anyone like this,

But everything changed by the light of the Prince.

One day , I saw him walking towards my direction,

I didn't know who he was but I was stunned in his complexion.

He passed my way,

But his aura seems like a bright array.

I never knew his name since that day

Even he's an ordinary guy in someway

I wanted to see his smile

and be friends even in the nick of time.

Dreams do really come.

When someone came out of the blue

He was the one who introduced me to you

and that was the day i found its true

I felt really happy seeing you after a while

We talked , we laugh, we cry

Things that are left unsaid,

remained as the hapiness in my heart fonders.

But, I didn't realize,

Our worlds are really hard to catalize.

We lived in a society differentiatiated by the people we rely

And in some thoughts I have been tricked by a lie.

We argued because of some issues

I failed to be strong and didn't have to be promiscous

But i admit it had to be serious,

but what was with me that people looks furious.

I figured out that day that the Prince I knew was guarded

Imprisoned by his heart nor anyone could be handed.

I cried in the rain like a fool waiting for the sun in the thyphoon

or whishing in a shooting star in round blue moon.

We didnt meet again until then,

but my mind still thinks about Him who changed my life,

though we maybe contradict each other,

Still I want our Friendship to grow fonder.

The prince was a popular as everyone

but, He still need a better someone

It could be you or it could be me,

Who else can go and set him free.

Finally, I met you again.

You're happy as you are and you regain your strength

You saw me looking at you,

and then you said "We'll my friend, I'm Proud of You."

The Aegyo Dancer Nigel

NiG.O, Jan Ian Nigel in real life. He covers Jung Byung Hee or G.O of MBLAQ

Nigel before Debut.

Nigel started joining cover groups when he was 16. His first cover group was 13Seouls (Super Junior Covergroup). Nigel said, He saw a post from Karl (Leeteuk of 13 seouls) looking for another member of 13seouls. He contacted karl and had his audition. He send them an audition video waited to be qualified. At first the management hesitated to take nigel as a part of 13 Seouls, but then.. they accepted nigel and gave him his first cover as originally Donghae. His part was changed into siwon for some reasons until finally, He was chosen to do the Sungmin cover. I can say it was the best idea that nigel was their sungmin. Nigel was inspired by BEST (beast covergroup) and knew that there were covergroups in the Philippines. For now, 13 Seouls is having their break and waitnig for their comeback.

Nigel's MBLAST Debut.

13 Seouls had their break and had joined other groups. Nigel joined MBLAST. He was encouraged to Join by his co-member Raymond. His bias was Mir but he was chosen as G.O for his cover. Although, in my personal opinion being G.O. suit his image. Mblast debuted last March 5, 2011 at 1esplanade for KPOP Ph Concert. That day, I was looking for his co-member Jop and JM. when they arrive and alighted from the limo, I saw him standing and smiling wide. Nigel isn't talking much that time but I can see he's really happy. I saw him with Mblast as we entered the hall. I didn't know much on Nigel, one thing I knew he was a sungmin-biased like me. I asked him if I can have pictures with him and luckily he agreed. I was so happy. Then after quite a while, they need to go backstage because the program was about to start. My friends and I sat and watched the program until finally its MBLAST's turn. They projected a powerful charisma as they stand on the stage. Nigel was serious when looking at his face and really determined to perform. It was his first time to sing in front of many people and he'll sang a full hangeul version of MBLAQ's cry and stay as G.O. Cheers fill the atmosphere as they started singing and dancing. Among the group, I believe that nigel's dance was simply amazing. He showed a good dancing moves and I focused waching him dance. It was amazing I just stared at him. After their performance, His mood was back to normal. He's happy and widely smiling. After retouching and changing his clothes, He approached my friends together with Raymond and Jm and had selcas on my friend's camera. that day was so amazing. that day started knowing nigel even more.

Who's Nigel in and out of the stage?

His birthday is February 5, 1994. An Aquarious. He's currently studying at University of Santo Tomas. He doesn't have a favorite color because it suddenly changes. He likes the scent of strawberries, He likes ice cream either coffee or caramel flavored. He likes Chip's Ahoy cookies and Gummy worms (lotte). His Fandoms were Super Junior, SNSD, F(x), Beast and MBLAQ. His idol is Donghae and Sungmin. He loves Sunny, Krystal, Taeyon and Jessica. His Ideal girl is Shin Min Ah. He knows how to play guitar and Drums. He learned dancing since 4th year highschool. He likes Ballad songs and He's the type that is always late. If you let him choose between Dancing and singing, He'd choose dancing. He's 5'5 in height and He's a very random guy. He has a shoe collection and He's also romantic and true. If he says he loves you, He really mean he loves you and you'll be the only one in his life. Very much like a true gentleman. He's a gamer and he likes to play Final Fantasy and Pokemon.. He likes Mcdonald's Float and Cheeseburger.

The Popular Leader, JOP

Cheonjop, Geoff Danielle in real life. MBLAST's Thunder.

JOP, Before Debut..

Jop had been very active in cosplay events. He started to enter covergroups when he was 17. His First group was BOYS Generation (SNSD Covergroup). Mot , The taeyon of the group encouraged him to join since they have know each other during their Anime cosplay days. Jop became the SEOHYUN of the group. During their performance for BGPH in KPOP Convention, Jop had a wardrobe malfunction. But, this didn't stop him performing that day. He still continued dancing and still a lot of his fans were cheering for him. After BGPH, He Joined AKTF or Always Keep The Faith (DBSK covergroup). He chose Xiah Junsu for his cover. One time, He was interviewed by VJ Chino for MYX during a KPOP event. AKTF performed a good performance that day. After a long break, Jop joined the First MBLAQ cover in the Philippines which is BLAQHart. Jop was their thunder. Many people agreed that He'll be the perfect cover for thunder because, His personality and his appearance is the same like Jop. I personally agree He's the perfect cover for thunder.. There, He performed MBLAQ's first songs as thunder and earned lots of love from many people. After his break as thunder, He Joined MISTER.E (Miss A covergroup) as Suzy. Their debut has the same date and same place with Jop's MBLAST debut. He appeared first in his fans a s Suzy and then after a while, He appeared again as His MBLAQ bias. Among these groups he joined, He is the Maknae (Youngest Among the group). He is also the most favorite coverboy in and out of Kpop events.

Jop's MBLAST debut.

Jop formed the group. He knew the members thru his past cosplay groups and Jm was introduced to him. Before mblast was formed, JM and Jop planned to be a duo at first. But since he missed being Thunder, He continued forming a group. After the meeting of the members, they had the plan of covering Beast. Since Jop had a desire of forming a new mblaq group, Mblast was born. Unlike in his other group, He was the group's Hyung Since he was the eldest. Then, Alongside to MISTER.E's Debut is also Mblast' debut at 1esplanade last march 5, 2011. It was a wonderful event. When me and my friends arrived at the place, I was so excited to see Jop and Jm that day. Before the event I talked to Jop thru Mikko Gusi, So I am really excited to see him. Then, a limo came and guests appeared one by one until Jop appeared as Jopzy of Mister.E. I rushed on to get a good picture of Him. But, Suddenly a fan pushed me a bit and she got angry at me. Anyways, after his appearance as Jopzy, we still waited for his Mblast appearance. After a while, JM came out of the limo and Jop went out next. His smile was wide while walking and holding his camera. I rushed forward to take pictures again. But this time people entered the hall already but still loud screams was still heard outside the hall. After taking pictures we followed them as they enter the hall. After posing for some pics with JM, At first I hesitated to approach Jop. As I walk closely to him, my heart beated fast and my hands were like icy-cold. But when I started to ask him to have picture with me, I felt relieved as he agreed. We took a picture and I introduced myself. He knew me and had a short talk. I was so happy knowing that he's not the arrogant type and He's actually a very nice gentleman. Then, after taking pictures, we went on to find a perfect seat. They have to go backstage and the program started. We watched the performers and still waiting for Jop. When Mister.E was called many girls screamed like crazy as Jop danced on stage. His parents were there and watched his performance. Then, after a while, Another sets of performances amused the spectators. Then Finally, My long awaited performance.. MBLAST was on stage ans screams filled the hall. Jop's face was serious but I know its for the sake of thunder's character. While he was on stage, He was really like thunder. His stare was fierce and he stands like a real hallyu star. Then, they started singing.. I was staring at Jop as he sang his rap. It was so amazing and If i'll try it my tongue will be twisted but with Jop, It words comes out naturally. He's like a real korean and the way he rapped and danced, He's really korean-like. I clapped as I watch him sing cry and stay. After the performance, I saw his beautiful smile again. Their Performance was a blast.

THIS IS JOP INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE STAGE

I asked his groupmates who is jop during practice and during events.

"He's sometimes bossy, But when he says practice.. We will all practice."

"During breaks, He still continues practicing and watching videos all over again. He is playful but when he get serious, HE is really determined."

"He's the eldest but he's still like a maknae. He's Fun. He never give up telling us what to do ."

THIS IS WHAT THE FANS SAYS ABOUT JOP:

FACTS about JOP..

I asked Jop thru text about random topics and I knew..

- His bias was thunder, He likes a girl with a good innerself, He was a Japanese Cosplayer before he entered cover groups. He is close with MBLAST and Mister.E members. MBLAST was his first covergroup wherein he's the eldest. He said, he was shocked at first being the hyung but he realizes it was good since he makes the final decisions for the group after consulting the members. Nothing in particular makes him in a bad mood because he was a happy person. He likes Jolly Spaghetti. He resembles like Jang Geun Seok and tagged as the Philippine Jang Geun Seok.

The Boy-Next-Door JM

JMir, Juan Miguel in real life. Plays and suits the role of MIR of MBLAQ.


JM BEFORE DEBUT:

Before the group was formed, JM used to go and attend KPOP events. He didn't go there as a performer, but just a person who is into K-POP. He used to watch his current group mates performance in the past. He watched Raymond and Jop's performance during BGPH and Nigel, Raymond and Shuya's Performance in 13 Seouls. He didn't expect that they'll be in a cover group in the near future. He's pretty active attending KPOP events and by that he knew Jop. He and Jop collaborated for an audition in a Korean talent agency wherein they sang "ONE" by SHINee. Jop introduced him to the rest of the MBLAST members. That time the members are choosing which person should they cover, the members agreed it would be better if JM will be Mir. According to the members, they chose to JM as mir because he resembles like mir, dance and sing like mir.They said, It really suits JM to take Mir for his cover. For the record, JM's MBLAQ bias is actually Mir. He's happy being Mir of the group.


JM's MBLAST DEBUT:

MBLAST debuted last March 5, 2011 at 1Esplanade for KPOP PH Concert. I personally waited for MBLAST especially for JM. I was standing near the photo wall, Then the limo arrived I saw JM went out of the car. I was dazzled as he walked towards our way and I ran and took pictures. I said to myself "Well, This is a dream come true". After posing at the photowall, they entered the hall and of course, me and my friends followed him. We got the chance to get closer to JM even though there are a lot of people. Fangirls kept coming and coming to take pictures with him. I was very perplexed as I got the chance to talk to him. We took pictures and left nothing but memories. As the time passed by, they need to be backstage because the show was about to start. Patiently waiting for their performance, I was on my seat watching closely on each group. Then finally, the time came for MBLAST's performance. Cheers filled the place and I can hear JM's name. As he sang, girls were going crazy just watching him do his move. He showed a great performance and I can see his passion for singing and dancing. I like the way he sang MBLAQ songs in full hangul and I actually tried to sing the same line at home but it didn't came out fine. It's the first time I saw the best Mir-like performance and it was a blast. Anyways. After the performance, he was back to his Boy-next-door image and he's looking good that day.


WHO'S JM IN AND OUT OF THE STAGE:

I asked some of the MBLAST members about what can they say about JM, What does he do during practices. This is what they said (paraphrased. this is based on how I understood what they said during the interview)

"JM, He's a silent type person. During breaks, He usually talks to his friends. (those girls whom you can usually see on JM's vLog) And he is a good dancer and singer."

"JM? He's one of the goodlooking members of mblast. He usually attends practice and did well on performances."


WHAT DO HIS FANS (He calls them as friends/1uans) SAY ABOUT HIM?

"He's next to Jop in line.. Popularity."

"He's all in one husband material!"

"He's really good at singing~ I like the way he poses on camera."

"JM is a boy-next-door. He's really like Mir. Way to go oppa!"

Lastly, SOME FACTS ABOUT JM~

JM likes Hongki of FT.Island. He also like BEKAH of After school. JM likes icecream and a funny story, I asked him to eat ice cream with me if we see each other (this was in formspring). After my post, many followed asking him also to eat ice cream with him. But unfortunately, I didn't had the chance. Its okay as long He's happy I am happy.


And OH! JM have some message for all of us!

The Shy boy - Hearthrob, SHUYA

Shuya, Patrick in real life. He plays the role of Lee Joon of MBLAQ.

SHUYA BEFORE DEBUT..

Shuya started to join covergroups when he was 15. The first group he joined was 13 SEOULS (Super Junior Covergroup) where in He was Kim Heechul. He said, That time he started to get cosplaying he didn't get any support from his family in terms of money. He supported himself while fulfilling his cosplay career. He was only 3rd year highschool but he still pursing his chosen career. During the 13Seouls days, He met his co-mblast members Raymond who was Kyuhyun that time and Nigel that was sungmin that time. These 3 knew each other since then. But then, when 13Seouls had their end stage and haitused, Shuya joined his new group called Topteens (Teentop covergroup). He was the Chunji of the group. He did well in both 13Seouls and Topteens, He showed extraordinary performanceson both groups. After topteen had their break, Raymond, Nigel and Shuya joined MBLAST (MBLAQ Covergroup).Raymond and Jop (MBLAST Leader) knew each other through BGPH and introduced them to Jop. The first role given to him was MIR (JM wasn't yet included in the group). Since shuya was real maknae among the group but upon JM joining the group, Shuya's Mir role was changed to Lee Joon. I think it was really nice that shuya is MBLAST Joon. Since then MBLAST was formed.



SHUYA's MBLAST DEBUT:

After the group was formed and Shuya was chosen as Lee Joon, They had the first performance in 1Esplanade last March 5, 2011. I saw him got down on the limo and silently walked towards the group and took pictures. After that, we entered the function hall and had a chance to get up close to him. I was actually staring at him and yet he's aloof with people. Out of all the mblast members I've seen, I didn't had the chance to take pictures with him. I'm about to approach him but he always leaves. One of my friend had a chance to have picture with him. After sometime, the Show started and after all lurking and fangirling, Cheers and Yells surround the place as Shuya sang his part on the stage. His performance was awesome, His stage presence is worth cheering for. He danced as Joon does and I adored the way he dance. I was like falling off my seat staring at him. His performance was really great. After the performance, He's back to the silent Shy boy I knew.


WHAT DOES SHUYA DO, IN AND OUT OF THE STAGE:

I asked the MBLAST Members who is Shuya in and out of the stage.. Here are some of what they said..

"Shuya is a great dancer. Even though he's late during practices and lazy at times, But when performance day comes.. He copes up with the group and dances more than what we expected."

"Shuya is at times, Absent during practices. But, When it comes to performance He seems like a pro.We usually hang together since then, and He's really nice."

"Shuya is sometimes just messing around during practices. He lies down to the floor during breaks but eventhough, You can expect a great performance from him."

"He's a good friend and easy to close with."

"He's happy to be with.. Even sometimes he had his shy moments."

-- He is really a good Friend Among members and a pro-like covergroup member..




What Does his FANS says about Shuya?

" I Love You Shuya!! I love your dance and you're so cute"

Lastly, I'll give you one FACT about SHUYA,

Shuya is a DONGHO-biased (UKISS). He liked dongho eversince he watched the ukiss music video of Man Man Ha Ni wherein dongho made a powerful impact on him. Shuya and Dongho have something in common. Their age, way of speaking, smiling and the way they stand are all alike.During UKISS Days, He was called DONGHO by his friends and even wanted to take shuya as cover for dongho.

Not only Dongho is shuya's look-a-like. Shuya's Face resembles like the Aegyo prince Lee Sungmin.. though during his 13Seouls days, He was Heechul.. I can say that his face like Sungmin's. His lips are like sungmin's and his eyes turnes like half moon resemble like sungmin. Even his voice, Almost the same as sungmin.

THE CHARISMATIC COVERGROUP, MBLAST

MBLAST, a covergroup that features the 5 talented and handsome boys of the Korean Group MBLAQ.




MBLAST consist of 5 Members namely Jop as Park Thunder, Shuya as Lee Joon, JM as Bang Mir, Nigel as Jung G.O and Raymond Yang Seung ho. Like MBLAQ, These boys were also Charming, Handsome and Popular. They are well known in Kpop Conventions and other KPOP Event but inspite of these, They are also close to people in and out of the stage. They sang the popular MBLAQ Songs such as Cry, stay and Again in Full Korean and they also did MBLAQ's powerful dance moves in their performances.

Lets Get to know more about the Members..

Jop, He is considered as the Group Leader. Though as Thunder he must be the Not-so-maknae of the group. But being the Eldest and Most Popular Among the group,He Knows what to do. He's Handsome and Kind to people. But for some reasons, Some people made him like a mascot or a standee to take pictures with just because he's popular. He's serious in his Performances and Playful and Happy when he's backstage. He's a good friend and a good Hyung to the members. He had participated in other covergroups such as AKTF, Mister.E, Boys Generation and the likes. He is Known as the PHILIPPINE JANG GEUN SEOK because of his resemblance with the korean actor.

Raymond, He is said to be the second leader. Since Seungho was MBLAQ's leader, It is considerable placing him as a leader too. He is a good dancer and like Jop, He also joined other groups before MBLAST such as 13Seouls and Boys Generation. He is Kind and Fun to be with. He resembles like Cho Kyuhyun of Super Junior. During practices, He always looks himself in the mirror and practing his dance steps.

Nigel, He is the silent type guy among the group but He is really fun and can tell a lot among his friends. People ranked him as the nicest among the group. He is the best dancer and he's good in portraying G.O. He was also a former member of 13Seouls as Lee Sungmin. His Aegyo styles was changed as he turned G.O this time. But still He's cute. He looks serious on stage performances but his smile never fades as soon as the performance ended.

Patrick, He is the Funny but personally silent guy. He never talks that much on events but, He speaks a lot when he is with friends just because he didn't like to express himself in wide varieties of people. He's the Lee Joon of the group and they both show best moves in every performance. He is also a former member of 13Seouls and Topteens. He is friendly and many had a crush on him. He resembles like Lee Sungmin and He likes to keep his feelings to himself. During practices, He likes to be alone while practicing.

JM, He is the boy next door. He is MBLAST's Mir. Although Mir is the Maknae, JM isn't. His age ranges next to Jop but his face, gestures and his wholeself is like a maknae. He is multi talented. He is a great singer, rapper and dancer. Fluent in English, Korean and Japanese. He is ranked as the most handsome guy among the group according to his groupmates and the people around him. He's also the silent type guy but He is good at showing his charms among his fans. My friends tagged him as the guy every woman dreamt of.

This is what they like in the Kpopworld.

I have watched a KPOP Concert event wherein they were invited to perform MBLAQ songs. I was really excited because I for one am a huge fan of them. Before the actual concert started, I saw them nearby the door and I was amazed on how they look, They really made an effort to dress themselves like MBLAQ's. They said that their costumes were courtesy of one of the members and it was their Thunder,Jop. As we were talking I felt like I'm kinda Shy and I suddenly feel tensed.Fangirls kept coming and coming to take pictures with them and saying goodluck to their biased members. But then, the concert was about to start, and the crowd was prety excited to see their favorite groups performing on satge. The concert began and spectators are watching perplexedly in every performers.Then, It came the moment I've been looking for, MBLAST's Performance. Fangirls screamed as the boys went up the stage and get ready for their performance. Loudest name they screamed I heard was JOP's name. The 2 girls sitting next to me was cheering for Raymond, other side was for nigel.. But as for me I was Cheering for JM and Jop~. The boys started to sing MBLAQ's Cry.. Cheers and screams filled the room but still able to hear them sing. I felt good the way they sing and dance.. I thought, If these boys can be a celebrity not only because of their looks but because they have this talent and their heart for people. Their next song was Stay.. This song made me stay on me seat and watched them.. I was full of Excitement watching them. They had a great performance that night. After the performance they were tired but of course happy for a Job well done. I really adore these guys not just because they are handsome but because they are worth it to be called an IDOL GROUP in and out of the stage.

Good Bye AJ Perez (February 17, 1993 - April 17, 2011)

I felt a sudden agony in my heart when I heard about this news.

It was Sunday Morning (April 17, 2011) and I was on the church sitting and waiting for the Sunday Service to Start. Then someone from my friend send some group message saying:
"AJ Perez died already? I heard it from the news!"
My heart trembled and didn't believe.. Until I decided to text my friend who knows AJ. He said:
"Yes. He's dead. The news confirmed that already."
It was then I felt like crying. I searched for more info and I have read an article from the internet

I quote:
"AJ Perez, or Antonello Joseph Sarte Perez in real life, was pronounced dead at 12:20 a.m. The cause of his death, according to reports, is "multiple head injuries," which he sustained after his car got hit by a bus and a truck in Paniqui, Tarlac.
He just finished a show in Dagupan, Pangasinan, which celebrated its annual Bangus Festival. His last tweet—which was posted four hours ago, or around 11:00 p.m.—read, "On the way home already from Dagupan.Long drive ahead.. Thanks to everybody who watched..."
Darlasauler.com stated that the Star Magic talent was with his dad, a security personnel, and a driver, at the time the accident took place."

It was then that I realized that all that is happening was true. Little by little the news sinked in to me and tears fell off my eyes. He was only 18. He died Young! Younger than I thought he'd live.

After that, A heart touching tribute was given by AJ's Friends in ASAP Rocks. Wherein Mr. Gary Valenciano said a prayer and Sang a song for Aj. It was really hard to take for them loosing a good friend and a co-star. They were crying as Mr. Gary V. sang. While watching the tribute I was crying.. for real. Even His Best bud Sam Concepcion sang in the show the Buzz as a tribute to his friend. Saddest moment filled that sunday afternoon. I was greatly affected and felt the sadness even I wasn't there. After the segment God has taught me a lesson..

"You must value your lives while you are living, make it useful and Influence others. For I only know the time I'll get you back in my arms."

I kept silent and prayed. I prayed that God will comfort his Family, Friends and even supporters. His remains where brought at the La Salle Greenhills.
